Your 3-A SSI symbol is licensed through December 31st of each year. Prior to expiration, you will receive a renewal notice your current licensed symbols with instructions to renew your license. The 2026 license renewal fee is $1,175 for each certificate.
A TPV re-inspection shall be performed at least every five(5) years from the date of the previous on-site inspection that encompasses allequipment included in the 3-A Symbol Authorization, except as exempted in B8.2.1.2 of the 3-ASSI TPV Manual for fabricators of large or custom equipment, and only whenthe large or custom equipment is not present for inspection. The inspection mustbe completed by one or the 3-ASSI Certified Conformance Evaluators.

It is the symbol holders responsibility to provide updated information to 3-A SSI regarding the equipment that holds the 3-A symbol or RPSCQ Certificate. All changes must be reported to your 3-A SSI Certified Conformance Evaluator.

To make an amendment to a 3-A Symbol Authorization due to a change of sanitary significance contact a CCE to arrange a review of the changes for the amendment.
