3-A SSI Announces ‘The Role of Hygienic Design in Food Safety Plans’

McLEAN, Virginia – 3-A SSI will go virtual for its upcoming education program on May 17-18, 2021.  The online program will feature experts on a range of leading topics and issues in the hygienic design of food processing equipment.

The 2021 education events will open Monday, May 17 with the comprehensive introductory session 3-A SSI for Beginners and the Basics of Sanitary Design.  This will be a fast-moving full-day program, beginning with an overview of 3-A SSI and an introduction to the elements of hygienic equipment design that distinguish 3-A Sanitary Standards.  The second program day, May 18, will address special topics in the theme The Role of Hygienic Design in Food Safety Plans.  The complete schedule and program will be announced later this year.

Sponsored Link opportunities are available for 2021.  Sponsorship provides a great opportunity to show support for the education mission of 3-A SSI and gain recognition at the education events, exposure on the 3-A SSI web site throughout the year, and worldwide outreach via the 3-A SSI quarterly e-newsletter Sanitary Design Connections.
