Replacement Part Qualification Certificate Program

Participation in the 3-A SSI Replacement Part Qualification Certificate (RPQC) Program is strictly voluntary. To participate, a replacement part manufacturer must apply to 3-A SSI for a RPQC, which they may use in sales or marketing information.

Applicants for a RPQC must submit an application, including all required supporting information and payment, to 3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. A company executive is required to sign the application, the Certificate of Quality Control, Certification of Conformance, and the 3-A RPQC Program Agreement.

The on-line application may be used for the following:

• New 3-A SSI RPQC
• RPQC Renewal
• RPQC Amendment

Schedule of Fees and Payment Form
The list of fees and a payment form is available on-line. Payment may be made by credit card or by check in U.S. dollars to 3-A SSI. Payment must accompany the application package to assure prompt processing of the application.
