Replacement Part Qualification Certificate Program Participation in the 3-A SSI Replacement Part Qualification Certificate (RPQC) Program is strictly voluntary. To participate, a replacement part manufacturer must apply to 3-A SSI for a RPQC, which they may use in sales or marketing information. Applicants for a RPQC must submit an application, including all required supporting information and payment, to 3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. A company executive is required to sign the application, the Certificate of Quality Control, Certification of Conformance, and the 3-A RPQC Program Agreement.
