3-A Process Certification

Application for 3-A Process Certification
Applicants for 3-A PC must submit an application, including all required supporting information and payment, to 3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. A company executive is required to sign the application, the Certificate of Quality Control, Certification of Conformance, and the 3-A PC Program Agreement.
The on-line application may be used for the following:
- New 3-A Process Certification
- 3-A PC Renewal
- 3-A PC Amendment

Schedule of Fees and Payment Form
The list of fees and a payment form is available on-line. Payment may be made by credit card or by check in U.S. dollars to 3-A SSI. Payment must accompany the application package to assure prompt processing of the application.
