Report Alleged Nonconformance

Noncompliance/Unauthorized Use of 3-A Symbol
If equipment in use in the dairy and food industry bears the 3-A Symbol but does not comply with the 3-A Sanitary Standards, it should be reported to the 3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. office. The report must be submitted in writing using the Report of Alleged Nonconformance (DOC) (RAN) to 3-A SSI.The 3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. office will investigate reports of noncompliance or unauthorized use and take appropriate action to resolve the inquiry.
